CUSTOMER SERVICE (DELIVERY) – AUTOMOTIVE

We are in need of two technologically savvy delivery coordinators on our customer relations team. This is an entry level position with room to grow! Job Description (including but is not limited to):

• Will work directly under our Customer Relations Manager to create the best service experience for our customers
• He/She will gain familiarity on the processes with which Toyota of Rockwall serves its customers including: delivery processes, customer service standards of excellence, and staying organized.
• Will be in charge of informing and assisting our customers to have the utmost understanding of their new vehicle, including: delivery walkthrough, vehicle publications, features and benefits, and introducing them to the parts and service departments.
• He/She will also gain familiarity on all product knowledge of every vehicle sold, staying up to date on all products and technology that is trending on the market.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Must have a minimum of 2 years customer service or related experience
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and valid driver license.
