Call Center Manager

Qualifications

  • Must have dealership experience as a BDC Manager
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices
  • Must have basic computer skills / Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent phone and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day operations of the BDC department
  • Manage, review, and follow up on platforms daily (CXi, Trela, Service Connect, Paycom, Conversica, Toyota Care/TLE, Carwars, CRM)
  • Ensure recall appointments have parts ordered and site chat leads are followed up with
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cashiering department
  • Manage marketing strategies for service (RAAP, Total Customer Connect, XTime, Moran Group)
  • Manage BDC activity logs daily/weekly/monthly to capture phone call traffic for review
  • Supervise training of the BDC agents on a continuous basis
  • End of month duties and reports as assigned (BDC EOM Report, Sales Insight Reporting (VINSolutions, Sold Converion Report)
