Responsibilities

• The ability to increase appointments, sales, and customer satisfaction
• Working with the Internet Director and Sales Managers in the Sales Department
• Generate and strive to increase internet sales and appointments
• Ensure proper sales techniques on the phone and on the internet are being used

Qualifications

• 3-5 years BDC Manager or Internet Director experience in the automotive industry Required
• Automotive Sales experience
• Strong computer skills, DealerSocket CRM experience preferred
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
• Great attitude with high-energy personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
